Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made via this website.

2. Contracting party & conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with Michael Schlechtinger via the checkout (a legally binding order button). You will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices & tax

All prices are gross prices incl. VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and on the Shipping & Payment section.

4. Payment

Payment via the methods offered at checkout (e.g., cards, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna). Any chargeback fees caused by the customer may be passed on.

5. Delivery, partial shipments, retention of title

Orders ship with tracking to the address provided. Partial shipments may occur. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Legal right of withdrawal

See “Right of Withdrawal” below.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us; your legal rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

9. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a dispute resolution body.

10. Governing law

German law applies (CISG excluded). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. Rates shown at checkout. Any free-shipping threshold applies to the cart total after discounts.

Destinations & taxes

• EU: VAT included at checkout.
• Non-EU (e.g., UK/CH/NO/US): shipped DAP/DDU; local import duties/taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient.

DE 2–4 business days · EU 3–7 · Non-EU varies by destination.

Cards (Shopify Payments), Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, and other locally available methods. Prices shown are incl. VAT, plus shipping.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Right to withdraw: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see Provider Identification below) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions/hints: Customized or sealed goods may be excluded from withdrawal where permitted by law.

This store runs on Shopify. The platform provides hosting, checkout, payment integrations and logistics connections as a processor. Server logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) and order/customer data are processed for operation, security and contract fulfilment.

Retention

Statutory retention (e.g., tax/commercial law up to 10 years) or until consent is withdrawn where applicable.

Payment services

If you choose a specific payment method, payment data is transmitted directly to that provider and processed under its own responsibility.
